Stone Village Church believes Art is a necessary part of our community. Come see us at the Short North Gallery Hop in downtown Columbus. You are welcome here.

Stone Village Art Gallery

Elbert Hubbard once said, "Art is not a thing, it is a way," and we could not agree more!  At Stone Village, we believe Art is a necessary element for a healthy and vital community.  We believe Art helps us discover our place in life.  We believe Art is a means of connection to those different from ourselves.  We believe Art leads us to ponder the unseen mysteries and potentials in each of our lives.

Like our community, our facility is unique, modern, and a bit untraditional, and so it's a perfect space to exhibit and celebrate local art. On the first Saturday of each month, in conjunction with the Short North Gallery Hop, we host an opening exhibit reception for a local artist.  The exhibit will hang within our facility for the entire month.

If you're interested in exhibiting at Stone Village, please contact Pastor John or Sonya Lucas

Do you love art? Do you have art stored in your basement or closets, which has not seen a wall or sunlight in years? Do you need an art refresh? If so, you might want to consider Stone Village’s Art Sale. On Saturday, February 7, from 5 – 6:30 pm, Stone Village will host an art sale to benefit our art gallery ministry and to benefit CRIS (Community Refugee and Immigrant Services).

So, a couple caveats. Your art must be original. So, no Van Gogh or Edward Hopper of Jackson Pollock prints. You will deliver your art to the church on or before Sunday, February 1. Pastor John and Sonya Lucas will tag the art and set the price for the sale. All art will hang in the church until February 29. If you have questions or wish to contribute a piece of art, please contact Pastor John
